Having lightheadedness since 15 days and my doctor ordered contrast mri and it was all normal but doctor told I have gaze evoked nystagmus and myopic changes in mri...can myopia cause gaze evoked nystagmus or is it something serious

Nystagmus can have many implications, myopia can be one of the causes, kindly wear appropriate glasses, otherwise the prognosis for this is not good for future visual function
