Lightheadedness driving me crazy

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I've been light headed every day for about a week now. I have tourettes and one of my tics is head shaking and its really been bothering me lately. Earlier after having intercourse I went to get up and felt so light headed like I was about to faint, I had pain and pressure on the right side of my head and felt very nauseous and dry mouth. I'm very concerned and was wondering what could cause this
