The choice of moisturiser is very important for optimal skin health.
You should go for products formulated for your skin type and with minimal fragrances and photosensitizing agents.
Avoid over the counter moisturisers as they often cause or worsen acne.
In addition to this, you have to maintain a good fluid intake and consume a diet with the correct amount of healthy fats.
