Light vaginal bleeding

Asked for Female, 24 Years

There was a slight bleed from the clitoris yesterday and stopped by night. Today I see a slight bleeding from vagina. I didn't have an intercourse but it was just a slight simulation from the exterior. I still had an I pill. My periods are due in 3 days. Pls advice. Is it an ipill effect?
