If my face is pointed directly to a light lamp while full sleeping, can this cause damage to eyes or vision?

While awake there must not be any bright light in front of you constantly. But while asleep it hardly makes any difference but when your sleep is deep enough and if it's already disturbed then the light before you will definitely disturb you.
