  4. Light headed/floating. Something wrong.

Light headed/floating
I am feeling out of it. Like i am floating. My fingers are cold and my face is tingling. There is slight heaviness in my chest/back area. I am confused as to how to explain but I just fee an overall bleh like there is something wrong.
