Asked for Female, 28 Years

During treatment, after taking one week madicine my hair so light... Dandruff gone.. Relief in scalp pain... But hair is so light.. I afraid wt was going on... In treatment one is hair serum keraXL, Anaphase cream shampoo, zydip lotion... Plz suggest i am afraid why my hair is so thin..
