Light bleeding

I've been experiencing bleeding it's fairly light I was thinking it was implantation bleeding because my boyfriend hasn't been pulling out, the bleeding started a week before my period & 10 days after ovulation. But it's been 2 and a half days and I'm still bleeding. I woke up this morning and it was a light brown but now it's back to it's dark red almost brownish color. I was wondering if I should go to the hospital because I'm getting worried. Or could it be my period just early or something?
