I m 5 months pregnant, for past two days i had light mild pain in the pelvic region.today while pasing urine i notice some light red spots with mucus.what is the reason for red discharge??.What should i do?

reddish discharge with urine could be due a urinary infection also it could be a placental bleed get a sonography done to rule out low lying or separated placenta also get a urine examination done

Consult your gynaecologist to rule out UTI and for an Obstetric Ultrasound. She may prescribe you antibiotics for UTI. and tocolytics for uterine relaxation. Take proper rest . Avoid exertion and intercourse.
