Light bleed-delayed period-Early pregn.

Is it quite normal to have light bleeding after sexual intercourse during the delayed period of more than 10 days? Its not a continuous flow too  ,got stopped and having symptoms like Vomitting ,head ache with light dizziness,breast pain .I got spotting by Oct 12,13,14 with cramps in lower abdomen along with breat pain and expected period is on Oct 22nd but it's delayed .I have provided blood sample for beta serum HCG test (41st day i.e Nov 3rd 2020), waiting for the report .In Urine HCG test examined it was negative. Is there is any chance even post pregnancy sexual intercourse ,if light bleeding happens , does it affects the Fertilized egg? .I was little bit confused whether my period is gonna start / it's a problem . Please suggest me on this how to look through.
