My aso level 420 ul.dr says gland infection.now I have light back pain.is it couses kidney infection?

Back Pain/Neck Pain SX – Back pain, fever, sharp burning pain, radiation. PE – IPR SRS: Inspection, palpation, ROM, strength, reflexes, sensation. Point tenderness, straight leg < 60 pain = nerve root irritation.
Next Steps
DX – X-Rays (trauma, fracture, disc herniation). MRI (for infectious and malignant pathologies). • CBC, CMP (Ca, Alk Phos), U/A, HLA B27, ESR, CRP.
Health Tips
TX – NSAIDs (ibuprofen, acetaminophen, naproxen). Opiod (Tramadol), narcotic (Hydrocodone), muscle relaxant (Carisoprodol, Cyclobenzaprine). Referral, physical therapy.
