Ligament rupture foot
Last year (2015) in August month, I had ligament rupture on my right foot and I was not able to walk, so I went to ortho doctor and he plastered my leg . And got it opened by the end of September month .... But as the winter approach I was again not able to walk and when winter was over once again started to walk properly ...but as the winter approach this year I was again not able to walk .... What should I do ???

Hello in winter season it is common to get the feeling of not able to stretchyourself properly because of the cold weather.. I don't think the ligament injury would have occured again due to the winter season without any trauma...or else. You wouldn't have rested well that time and now due to trivial injury it has got aggravated...plaese consult an orthopaedician and get examined...if it's not related to ligament injury then I would suggest you to do stretching exercises...thank you
