Lichenplanus
I have lichenplanus since 9 or 10 years and it is mostly have on my ankles and legs so what diet should i take.........?

Hi
There are not many known association between diet and lichen planus. However avoid junk and make sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid smoking
