There are many reasons for the rise in the liver enzymes. So to ascertain the cause, we need to get done some other tests as well. Kindly show his full LFT report, CBC, INR also. Was any viral markers tests had been done earlier? ANA ? ceruloplasmin level? Was she diabetic . Please get HbA1c level, thyroid function test, lipid profile . Ultrasound liver Doppler.
