Level 5 lymph node
Usg report say..8×5 mm posterior triangle lymph node with normal echogenic hilum..i am not cancer patient. Or i do not have any symptoms..this is just accidental findings as routine usg screening.

A neck node less than 1 cm is not significant
Many times they are due to scalp infection

Any neck lymph node less than 10 mm is not significant. No need to worry
