Hello. You need to undergo a complete physical examination by a physician for determining the exact cause. Self medication is not recommended.
AEC and WBC is a little elevated, suggestive of mild infection/allergy. I would also advise to get Vit D levels checked to rule out Vit D deficiency, especially if you have been staying indoors and have little sun exposure.
