I've left chest pain with left arm and shoulder pain since 2 years now. Heart test came fine but in shoulder xray i was diagnosed with cervical. But this chest pain is constant with sometime my underarm hurt i didnt see any visible abnormality on my breast yet but only left chest pain with left arm and shoulder pain. Should i get a memogram done?

No indication for doing a mammogram at your age . If you are too much concerned you can get an ultra sound of both breast done . Mostly this should be muscle pain , from the history you have given it doesn’t appear to be anything related to malignancy . You can consult me if you want any further clarification on this .
