U need to learn to differentiate between normal vaginally discharge and abnormal .commonest cause being infection but if persistent continuation of abnormal discharge u need proper examination  by a gynaecologist.u need a perspeculum examination of cervix to rule out erosion or any other reason.please get a vaginal swab or pap smear done.u need to do cbc vdrl hiv hbsag hcv these r blood tests.u need to do ultrasound of abdomen pelvis

Leucorrhoea or white discharge can be because of many reasons like infections of cervix and vagina, PID, STD,  u need to get yourself examined by gynecologist and treated based on diagnosis.

Do u have any other symptoms like itching, pain abdomen, spotting If yes u seem to have some infection. Also the nature of discharge ,whether it is foul smelling or yellowish in colour points towards infection. If there is nothing as I mentioned above then it might be just a normal discharge

don't use soap ,wet wipes  at genitalarea use  preparations with low ph that also twice  a week only
