Your leucocyte count is normal. It can be viral infection. So need only symptomatic treatment Take tb dolo 650 thrice a day TB lcz -cold twice a day Steam inhalation Warm saline water gargle thrice a day Wait for 3 days...if not resolved,then antibiotic course is required
