Lethargy all the time
For the last 10 or 12 days I'm tired all the time.i eat well i exercise well but I'm feeling lethargic all the time.my cbc is normal Except platelets count i.e 4.8 which is higher than the normal range i.e 1.5-4.5.i did a test for typhoid also but the result is negative.in the evening and night i feel like i have fever but on measuring the temperature is normal.some times i feel sensations in my soles especially while resting.please let me know of the problem and what should i do.i consulted two doctors but they think I'm perfectly normal but I'm not
