Less urine flow and lower abdominal pain

Question

Asked for Male, 34 Years

He was on antibiotics one month back due to tooth infection for 15 days and then after 20 days he got red rashes on penis to which he was on antifungal medication as well as using candid B cream and soap. Now from one week he has weakness in lower legs and less urine flow as well as pain in left lower abdomen.
