I am 34 old male. I am taking anti epileptic drup for 12yrs. I started free hand exercise 1month back. I found that when I lift my legs one after one  while sleeping on back, i am not able to pull the straight. Maximum i can lift my legs is 45-50 degree angle with the floor. Then if I lift more it start to shake. What will i do ? Will i continue.? Is this due to medicine? Please advise me. Suggest me.
