Less Sleep & Feeding evn aftr full tummy

Hello Sir/Mam Our Daughter will become 3 Months Old at 26 March (after 1 week) 1 - From the last 3-4 days she wakes-up around 6:00 AM and then she does not sleep for 6 to 7 hours.. Just play, feed and cry sometimes.. In between she hardly takes a sleep 10-15 Mintus. Is it okay and Normal? 2 - Sometimes even after a full tummy she continues to do feeding. After some time she takes out from mouths..So any solution for this?

As long as the baby is active , taking adequate feeds and sleeps well at night it's alright. reduce the quantity of feed a little to prevent Regurgitation.
