Less/No pleasure while ejaculation
Hi, There is no pleasure or the orgasmic feeling you get while ejaculating. The feeling was there until 8 months to 1 year ago while having sex or masturbating. Past few months the feeling got reduced and now there is almost no pleasure while ejaculating. The erections got a little weak too past few months. Sustaining the erection for long has also been a problem past few months. Is there a cure for this? Can we get the orgasmic pleasure feeling back while ejaculating? Any tests can evaluate the cause of this? Please answer. Additional information: High intake of alcohol (Sober past 3 months). 5 cigarettes a day on average until 3 months ago. Used to masturbate very often and for long hours until 4 or 5 years ago (could have caused any damage to penis?).

These symptoms clearly implicate  sexual dysfunction... Exercise, good food avoiding stress will help, also u can do testosterone test. Also you can take medication to improve desire libido and erection
