Less growth
Hello doctor, My sister's height and weight growth is very slow. Her height is even less than 3 feets Please prescribe some medicine or suppliments for the problem.

First we examine and study. We stress mainly on good nuymtrition , Execises  activity , keeping socially engaged and mentally challenge. Good nutrition is important than supplements. Keep good positive emotional health by boosting her morals and give and treat her as an adult. Never underestimate her .never shout or argue or abuse in her presence. Use fruits , fresh veg, enough proteins. And vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. ANTIOXIDANTS CKEAR CELLULAR DEBRIS. Fresh air sun light and Elixer of Happiness  play the magic. Pl respond.
