  4. Less bleeding. Anything to worry about?

Less bleeding .
Mam I had sex from 12to16february and my last periods occurred on 31january. I took 3ecps( unwanted 72 and i-pill ) in the following week of intercourse.. and now I had my periods 4days earlier before my due date .. but I experienced very less bleeding and little pain .. although I had cramps, abdominal pain days before I had my period as I have it as usual .. is it the side effect of those ecps .. will it be okey within 2/3months?? Is there anything to worry about ?
