Lesions in buttocks
My uncle has multiple times skin lesions over buttock. These are pus filled. He is a known case of diabetes , now controlled. He is obese and has sedentary life style.

Patient is diabetic , according to the history you have given , it could be carbuncle or bed sore or abscess .
He wil require surgical drainage procedure . Kindly visit a general surgeon in clinic .
