With torch light , difficult to detect

Not always by casual examination or Slit Lamp. If there is no fibrosis of flap, you cannot make out! But if they ask specifically if Lasik was done or not , we will have to do Topography , which will show ablation pattern.

Yes , it's (LASIK) detectable in slit lamp examination to any ophthalmologist.
