Lens problem
I have astigmatism and my power is sph - 0.75 cyl -1 and axis is 160 but I don't get a lems for a cyl power of -1 what is the alternative

You mean contact lens.
I will advice you to please consult an ophthalmologist nearby and get your contact lenses number checked,as the number of glasses and contact lenses are most of the times different.

U may try lens of spherical equivalent i.e -1.25 sph. That will work...
