Legume Allergy
Hello
Since chidhood I have faced this problem.Let alone eating Any legume I feel nausea and even vomitted on smell ,sight or even someone eating it before me. My parents think that i am doing it on purpose. Bt now I am 20 yr old girl currently in First year of my MBBS in India. I understand what is important for my nutrition still i am just unable to even 'consider 'eating legumes.why is it so? And what suggestion do u have for my diet?
