Legs weakness and muscle tingling

Hi sir My legs are feeling weak and muscle tinglings are also started in various parts of the body . Is this is due to multiple sclerosis or due to vitamin deficiency . I have recently Done CT BRAIN but nothing found in it

Multiple sclerosis is diagnosed usually on MRI brain and spine with T2 weighted image hyperintense lesion in white matter caused by demyelination of the central nervous system. Spinal tap is also often done.
