Legs Convulsion problem

Sometimes i felt extreme convulsion in my right leg and right shoulder which is unbearable, It is almost 10+ years now i am struggling with this problem, tried everything including alleopathy, homeopathy, ayurveda. but didn't get any success It mainly happens when i sits or lied down continously for longer period.
