Leg swelling!
Hi Doctor, I am having issues with my legs sometimes swelling and this would not happen when I m home but when i come from outside like work or outing it swells little bit. I got thoroid test done it was normal and i had low heamoglobin so i m on medication. I thought because of less haemoglobin my legs don't get enough blood circulation and they swell sometimes. I may be wrong. What do you think it could be? I have been taking tablets for haemoglobin and vitamins D, B12 and B13 which is low in me. What shall I do to avoid swellings? Thanks!

HELLO, NOTHING TO WORRY.IT IS CALLED AS DEPENDENT EDEMA. FOR YOU R TAKING TABLET FOR HB. IN MY OPINION YOU START TABLET FOR VITAMIN D3 N B 12 AS BCOM IS HELP FOR ABSORPTION OF HB. TABLET VITAMIN D3 60, 000 I.U ONE PER WEEK FOR EIGHT WEEKS. THAN ONE PER MONTH FOR SIX MONTHS.    CAPSULE BECOSUL-Z ONE AT NIGHT FOR THREE MONTHS TO ABSORB HB.   FOR SWELLING PUT YOUR LEG ON A STOOL IN WORKING HOURS. DURING SLEEP ON TWO OR THREE PILLOWS. WHEN EVERY THING IS PERFECT IT MAY GO O.K BYE.
