Leg swelling at the knee
While i an walking my legs were paining so I flipped my leg and while flipping pressure is applied and I touched my leg with land and my two joints went aside and I fell down. Now swelling is there at knee. Is it a serious issue or it get cured easily

hello..
its too difficult to suggest without examination.. quiet possible that is inflammation due to sprain..give cold compresses and take analgesics...if pain too severe, restriction of movement S,swelling increases kindly consult an orthopaedician
