Leg pain in both leg
Having pain below knee in both leg from last 5 days not hurt by anything but how the pain started I don't know plz help

May be you are running/ walking/ standing a lot Take a little rest Take high protein diet Keep your self hydrated Do stretching exercises in morning of calf and ankle Can do gentle massages Consult online if not relieved

This may be due to calf muscle strain.. Are you also feeling weakness or having fever..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation , take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  take levocarnitine, calcium and vitamin d supplement.. If you feel feverish, planbto get some investigations like CBC, CRP..
Health Tips
Ankle movement exercises can be done.. Avoid heavy work, avoid standing and walking for long time.
