Prolonged sitting can lead to persistent lower back pain which later on can progress to SCIATICA ( pain radiating from lower back towards the back of the thigh)
Next Steps
Stand up and move a little after 30-60 mins of sitting Stretching and mobility routines can work wonders
Health Tips
Do not use painkillers for a prolonged period As they will only give temporary relief and are harmful in long run Instead go for a lifestyle modification
