Leg ang vagina pain in pregnacy 23 weeks

Hi doctor, I m 23 weeks pregnant , this day I have lot of leg and vagina area pain at night time even I m not able move from one side to other side in night sleeping time ,That pain is really hurting me. Pls suggest me is this pain Normal ? Some thing is going to be a serious problem. And please suggest me what I need to do.
