  3. Lefthand nails purple. Do i need to do?

Lefthand nails purple
I have been diagnosed with cervical disc bulge (attached MRI impression) I feel chest tightness and shortness of breath frequently. Also my left hand nails have a purple hue rather than my right hand. Is my blood circulation affected? If yes what do i need to do? My ECG was also normal which was taken few months back.

the symptoms and your MRI reports doesn't correlate, blood circulation is not the cause for that, consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated
