Left upper chest pain from 6 monti
Thyorid 75 mg medication (under control) I have experiencing sudden on and off pain in upper left chest from about 6 months. Sometimes while lying or sometimes standing...it is not fixed .. ECG tmt echo normal Chest x ray normal Vitmam d and b12 normal On gas medication from 3 months. Tried some pain killer but no relief Still pain comes and go sometime

This may be due to ur acidity Pls walk after ur food diet If ur ecg is normal this is indicating towards gerd

Do USG of Whole abodomen And it’s due to stressed that cause pain in that area . You should attention toward your life style regarding your drinking water quantity and bowel habit and diet etc.
