Left testicle is swollen

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Hello! I am 20 yrs old Male . From last 10 mnths i hve noticed that my left testicle is swollen but it's not painful . When i lift heavy weights or cough testicle(left sided) gets larger but when i lay down or sleep testicle gets into a normal position (no swelling at all) .i am bit shy to give a visit to a doctor. Swollen left testicle but no pain at all , is it a emergency condition .How to cure it.
