  3. Left sided neck pain. Without horner's?

Left sided neck pain
23 yo male(self), 1 week of throbbing pain in left neck following minor cold and sinus infection, worried it could be carotid dissection (but no Horner's syndrome/pupil size difference). Could it be dissection without Horner's? Strangely it doesn't hurt if I go running (only if at rest or start walking after long periods of rest).
