Sir...below attched is the report of the person dignosis made b Dr. The left chamber of the heart is damaged and operation is required compulsarily My question is that do this kind of situation has only option of operation ? Do we have an option of cure by medicine and thereby we can avoid operation Kindly guide

no , there are absolutely no role of any medicines in this case, no point of taking too much of advice and getting confused. there is a new technique now available called TAVR(trans aortic valve replacement) , but that is indicated only in very old , frail and high surgical risk patients. and it costs around 25 lacs. so no point thinking about it just find a good surgeon and get it operated asap in a planned manner nowadays this operation is safe with risk of around 2percent. there are two kind of artificial valves available , mechanical and bioprosthetic. your treating doctor will tell the pros and cons of both
