Left Side Infection & Pain
I had a severe pain on the left side lower abdominal and went for ultrasound and CT .. got an other information that my right side kidney is swelling due to hydroureteronephrosis due to retro-caval course of the right ureter & epiploic appendagitis in the left lower quadrant

Retro caval ureter Can be a normal finding. Nothing to worry. Epiploical infection needs a GI consult.
