Left side brain headache
I'm 20 years old and since I was 18 I used get headaches every once in a month and I thought it was normal and kept treating it at home with crocin. Now the headaches are quite frequent like twice in a week and only in the left side of the brain. I was using glasses when I was 16 and I had a eyepower of -0.5 which increased to -0.75 when I last checked two years ago.
