Hello, High levels of alcohol consumption are associated with an increased risk of alcoholism, malnutrition, chronic pancreatitis,alcoholic liver disease and cancer. In addition, damage to the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system can occur from chronic alcohol abuse. Gastritis and thiamine vitamin deficiency will will make you fell week and feel tiredness and generalized body ache. Quit drinking, take some antigastrits tablets and thiamine supplements. Consult a psychiatrist or general physician. Avoid sleeping pills,, that doesn't cure,, only gives symptomatic relief, but should not be taken continuously.
