  4. Left side abdomen tightness. Feel that.

Left side abdomen tightness
Hi doctor, In the month of February I was treated for erosive gastritis with h pylori. After the treatment i was on and off suffering from gastric issues.. these days i feel like stomach tightness below the ribs left side of the abdomen.. if not eating on time also i can feel that.. no motion issues, no fever, feeling only tightness.. need suggestions on medication. Please do help me on this.. Thank you..

Avoid spicy and fatty foods Milk and milk products except curd avoid citrus fruits drink more water and regular physical activity
