  3. Left shoulder. I go to gym ever or not?

Dear sir / madam, I had gone through arthroscopy of my left shoulder at September,2015. Since, then I had not gone to gym. Now, I feel my body is lacking fitness. I want to go to gym. Please guide me whether may I go to gym or not? If not then tell me that can I go to gym ever or not? Thank you

First i need to know the reason for undergoing arthroscopy only then will i be able to opine about feasibility of going to gym.
