Have been having left scapula pain since almost 4-5 yrs now... whenever i visit orthopaedic they handover painkillers and pain gets reduced for sometime but after the dose of medicines get over it starts again. The pain is there 24*7 365 days. Once on doing blood tests a year ago came out that i am having
vitamin deficiency d. On taking medications of it, the pain has not gone away. There are times when my left arm and leg are also affected due to it. I have done my MRI and it shows below result: Sacralisation of L5 vertebra. Loss of lumbar lordosis. Schmorls node at superior endplate of L2 vertebra. Disc dessication noted at L1-L2 level Mild posterior protrusion noted at L1-L2 level indenting thecal sac, causing mild bilateral foraminal narrowing without significant nerve root compression. Kindly let me know what is the mri report saying? And also what is the treatment required. Do i need to do further more tests?
