I have been experiencing constant pain starting from the middle of the left scapular region extending towards my left ring finger and the left fourth toe. It's kind of a single line of internal pain. It's bearable yet constant.
Initially the pain started only in the scapular region but now it's spreading. It's been a month .

Thank you for reaching out and describing your symptoms. I understand that experiencing constant pain that starts from the middle of the left scapular region and extends to your left ring finger and fourth toe can be concerning.
The pattern of pain you describe may suggest involvement of the nerves that originate from the cervical spine or even the thoracic region. Here are a few considerations:
Nerve Irritation or Compression: Pain that radiates from the scapular area to the fingers and toes could indicate nerve irritation, possibly from a herniated disc or other spinal condition.
Referred Pain: Sometimes, pain can be referred from one area of the body to another, and it may not always be straightforward to identify the source.
Musculoskeletal Issues: Muscle tension, poor posture, or overuse may also contribute to the pain you're experiencing, especially if it has become more widespread.
Given that this pain has been persistent for a month and is spreading, I recommend scheduling a comprehensive evaluation withl, neurologist.
They may suggest imaging studies, such as an MRI or X-rays, to assess the spine and surrounding structures.
Please prioritize your health, and don’t hesitate to seek further assistance.
