Left parietal Granuloma
Sir, my age is 31 yrs. I had first seizure recently. EEG and CT scans were normal but MRI report says there is 5 mm left parietal granuloma with surrounding edema. I am administered phenytoin sodium tablets 300mg daily. Sir will I have the seizure again and what is this granuloma and will this effect me in future ??

Granuloma is body's response against some infective etiology...mostly it is tubercular or Neuro cysticercosis...u will have to take phenytoin regulRly nd do not miss the dose ..regarding edema want to see ur MRI
